TSUNAMI STROKE SCHOOL

Tsunami Stroke School is geared toward swimmers who are interested in competitive swimming or improving stroke technique. USA certified Swim Coaches focus on teaching all four competitive swim strokes (Butterfly, Backstroke, Breaststroke, and Freestyle). Coach ratio is limited to six students per lane with coaches in the water. Swimmers’ ages range from 5yrs-14yrs old.  Swim clinics are a great way to introduce the sport of competitive swimming in a stress free environment. Clinics are geared toward teaching proper stroke technique to allow swimmers to pursue this life long sport.  A swim evaluation is necessary for placement of swimmers in the clinic series.

 Orca Class - (~Ages 5+) - Must be comfortable in water and able to submerge under water. Ready to float on their back and try to swim a length of the pool. 

Class Times:

 SUNDAYS @  9:00am or 4:00pm, OR

MONDAYS @ 5:00pm, OR

TUESDAYS @ 5:00pm

THURSDAYS @  4:15pm


Mako Class - (~Ages 7-10) - Must be able to swim 25 meters freestyle and backstroke and ready to try all 4 strokes.

Class Times:

SUNDAYS @ 10:00a, 11:00a, 5:00p, 6:00pm OR

 MONDAYS @ 5:00pm, 6:00pm

TUESDAYS @ 5:00pm, 6:00pm

Swordfish Class-  (Ages 10+) - Must be legal in at least 3 strokes and able to swim freestyle with bilateral (side) breathing.

TUESDAYS @ 6:00pm

PRICING:

Members: $350 (per 8 week session)

Nonmembers: $390 (per 8 week session)

REGISTRATION:

To register you must complete a free swim evaluation for child placement in swim clinics. Once placement has been decided you can pay at the front desk at McLean Sport & Health. Cash, Check (made out to "US Fitness"), or Credit Card. Contact Coach Jo.
